SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 - 15 business days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
Atlanta Acoustics will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that you, or your company, may have deadlines to meet, and may need to schedule installers for products you plan on ordering from us. However, we are a manufacturer of products that are built-to-order, and our lead times may vary and are subject to change without notice.
We highly advise against scheduling any associated labor, until you have been given a tracking number and your order has been picked up from our facility and is in transit. Freight shipments will require an appointment be set and delivery time may vary according to your location. If your order is being shipped via freight, please contact Fedex (1-800-GO-FEDEX) as soon as you receive your freight tracking number to avoid any further delays.
Lead times, are estimates based on working days and order size and volume, and are provided as a courtesy. Lead times, provided either written or verbally, are not intended as a contractual obligation in any way, and Atlanta Acoustics LLC assumes no responsibility for any liabilities caused by delays in production or delivery, and offers no warranty of any kind on lead times and delivery dates.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our standard products are 100% Guaranteed (custom items cannot be returned).
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the items for a full refund or exchange (excluding custom products) within 21 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return unwanted merchandise. You can pay for the return shipment yourself with a carrier of your choice. The entire purchase price of the products (excluding shipping) will be refunded as soon as we receive the panels. We want every customer to be happy with our products and our customer service. Our family-owned company won’t have it any other way.
